Chris Duffy
General Manager and Team Coach
Chris Duffy, a standout in the world of baseball, etched their name in the UCF record books as the all-time leader in Home Runs, Batting Average, and Slugging. Their remarkable achievements included being named a top five finalist for the prestigious Golden Spikes award and earning the distinction of a 1st team All American in 2010. The journey to success began with being drafted by the Chicago White Sox straight out of Cypress Creek High School in the 2006 MLB Draft. Subsequently, they were selected by the Philadelphia Phillies after showcasing their talents at the University of Central Florida. Over a six-year professional baseball career, Duffy maintained an impressive .298 batting average. Transitioning from the field, Duffy has since taken on the role of a Youth Travel Ball Coach, bringing their wealth of experience to nurture the next generation of baseball talent.
Alex Kelly
Team Coach
Alex Kelly, a seasoned baseball professional, boasts a remarkable career as a former pitcher at Shoreline College in Seattle under the mentorship of coaches Ryan Browne and Dave Snell, father of Blake Snell. Achieving All Northwest Athletic Conference Honorable Mention and leading the NWAC in ERA in 2011, Alex's playing journey began as a two-year letter winner at Lake Stevens High School in Washington. Beyond playing, they served as the Former Varsity Pitching Coach at Marysville Getchell High School. In 2022, Alex was named Perfect Game Prep League Coach of the Year, guiding Horizon High School to victory. Additionally, they led Team Carolina to success at the 2022 Perfect Game Nationals. With 12 years of coaching experience across Washington State and Florida, Alex continues to shape the future of baseball talent.

John Perdue
Softball Team Coach
Meet John, an outstanding coach with an impressive track record of over four years at Lake Mary Little League. In the Spring of 2022, his team clinched victory in the Tournament of Champions for District 19 and secured the runner-up position in 2023. During the past Summer, John successfully guided the 11U All-Star team in Lake Mary, achieving 2nd place in the State of Florida. Along the way, his leadership earned the team a District Title and Sectional Title. With a deep commitment to nurturing young athletes, John brings a genuine passion for softball, making him a driving force in the development of aspiring players.
Jacob Perdue
Softball Team Coach
Jacob is a dynamic youth sports coach with over seven years of experience coaching softball in Central Florida. Jacob has a passion for developing talent and helping athletes reach their potential on and off the field. He’s a father of two (Jayla, 16 and Gabrielle, 10), undergraduate of UCF and graduate of Nova Southeastern University. When he’s not on the softball field, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
