Hello Select-

It was a beautiful weekend to witness three of our FTB teams play with passion and love for the game. While we didn't secure any wins this weekend, there were certainly a few things worth highlighting.

First up, our 12u Select team participated in the USSSA tournament in New Smyrna. In the process, the team hit a total of five home runs between four different players. This event marked multiple home runs this season for two of the athletes, and a first for the others in their young baseball careers! Meanwhile in Sanford, the 13u Mizuno and 14u Select teams played in the Perfect Game tournament with a lot of courage and determination, despite falling short in the win column. We had several players deliver strong individual performances, which are reflected in their PG statistics.

As we enter the final month of the season, we are dedicated to refining the skills of our athletes, both individually and collectively. This week's practice sessions will concentrate on enhancing specific areas where improvement is needed. We emphasize the importance of attendance at these practices, as it plays a crucial role in the success of our players and teams

Summer Season

We're excited to announce that we'll be sending three teams to the Ripken Experience in June. Our FTB Select 11u, 13u Mizuno, and 14u Select teams will represent us during the week of June 2nd to 7th this summer. Additionally, our 12u Select team will be participating at the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament from July 7th to July 13th. Team rosters have been posted on TeamSnap for those who registered; practice schedule will be released this week. We will maintain practices for the summer teams leading up to the trip.
